Philosophy

As a healthcare practitioner I am grateful because every day I am able to share this wonderful medicine with all my amazing patients.  I am inspired by all the people that I have met in my life, that have strived for something more and made a commitment toward better living.  Our body and mind have an innate wisdom that signals us when we are troubled or imbalanced.  If we listen and allow ourselves to trust it, we can begin the journey toward realizing amazing health and healing.

At different times in our lives, we will experience pain or struggle and the way it manifests or challenges us will differ, but I believe that better health and healing belong to all of us.  I appreciate the uniqueness of each patient and helping someone to regain hope and work toward health goals makes me very excited.  In East Asian Medicine, it is a key concept to understand that everyone heals differently.  I strive to approach my work with compassion, dedication, optimism, direction and education.  My patients are my greatest teachers and I am honored to be a part of their journey toward a more vibrant life.

Be empowered.
